For FX & CFD brokers

Forex sales training, every day — not once at induction.

Conversion and retention agents rehearse the calls they actually make — against an AI client who stalls, asks what returns to expect and threatens to withdraw — in Arabic, Russian, Turkish, Greek and 24+ more languages. Every call comes back scored.

The problem

Your leads cost money. Your new joiners learn on them.

An agent’s first fifty calls are the most expensive calls the desk makes — paid-for leads, burned live, while someone works out what to say. Retention is worse: the client who asks to withdraw gets one conversation, and it usually goes to whoever is free. Kollup lets an agent have that conversation forty times before it counts.

Day one

A new joiner can run twenty calls, in their own language, before they touch a lead you paid for.

Every call

Scored on the same rubric — so you can compare a Dubai agent and a Warsaw agent on the same terms.

Any hour

Covering the Asian session at 3am? Practice doesn’t wait for a team leader to be free.

Conversion & retention

Built for the two desks that carry the number.

You write the client. Kollup becomes them — the stalling, the pushing for a guarantee, the third “call me next week”.

Conversion

The first deposit conversation

Fresh leads, demo sign-ups, webinar lists. The AI client asks what returns to expect and pushes for a promise your agent can’t make — so they practise holding the line and still moving the conversation forward.

  • “How much can I make?”
  • “Send me something to read”
  • “I’ve been burned before”
  • “Is my money safe?”
  • “Call me after the weekend”
Retention

The call that keeps the client

Reactivation, dormant accounts, and the withdrawal request that lands on a Friday afternoon. The client is annoyed, often down money, and your agent has one conversation to be useful rather than pushy.

  • “I want to withdraw”
  • “Why was my position closed?”
  • “Your spreads widened”
  • “I’m moving to another broker”
  • “Stop calling me”
How it works

Three steps. That’s the whole product.

  1. 1

Write the client your desk actually gets

A 45-year-old in Dubai who watched a webinar. A lapsed trader in Warsaw, down on his last position and not answering. Set their mood, their objections, the language they speak and the voice they speak with — then send the scenario to one agent or the whole floor.

    Team leader · 5 minutes
  2. 2

    The agent runs the call

They hit Start call and a real voice picks up — one that stays in character, pushes back, gets impatient and hangs up if the agent loses them. No partner needed, no room booked. Prefer to type? Text mode scores the same way.

Agent · until the client hangs up
  3. 3

    The report lands

Seconds after hanging up: an overall score, four sub-scores, what they did well and the one thing to fix — quoting their own words back at them. Share the link into a one-to-one, or let the agent read it and go again.

Languages

The Gulf desk rehearses in Gulf Arabic. The CIS desk rehearses in Russian.

Broker floors are multilingual and their team leaders usually aren’t. Kollup runs practice calls, Live Assist and coaching reports in 28+ languages — and the report can come back in one language for the whole company, so a head of sales in Limassol can read the feedback from a call that happened in Arabic.

Accents

A client in Dubai doesn’t sound like a client in Cairo or Beirut. The AI client’s voice is cast to the market you actually sell into — Gulf, Egyptian or Levantine Arabic rather than only Modern Standard. Tell us your markets and we cast the voices with you.

Live subtitles during voice practice. The fastest way to get an agent call-ready on a desk they weren’t hired for — and to move someone onto the Spanish book without waiting for a new hire.

Reports

Feedback follows the call’s language, or stays in one language company-wide. Your team leader scores an Arabic call without speaking a word of Arabic.

Kollup Live Assist

And when it’s a real client on the line.

Practice builds the habit. Live Assist is there for the call that matters — listening along and suggesting the next move while the conversation is still happening.

  • Grounded in your own playbook — you build a knowledge base once: your spreads and swaps, withdrawal timelines, platform quirks, and the approved answer to every objection your floor hears weekly.
  • Ask it mid-call — “how long does a card withdrawal take?” is answered on screen, silently, from that same knowledge base.
  • A report afterwards too — objections raised, how the call ended, talk ratio, interruptions.
  • Kollup keeps no recordings. Audio is transcribed as it happens and discarded — only text is stored, inside your own account.
For team leaders

Coaching that doesn’t depend on who you had time for.

You can listen to a handful of recorded calls a week. Kollup scores every practice call on the same rubric and tells the agent the one thing to change — with the moment it happened.

  • One rubric, every agent. Discovery, objection handling, product knowledge and closing — scored 1–10 the same way, in every language on your floor.
  • Your emphasis, not ours. Every scenario has a focus-areas field — write what matters this quarter and the scoring weights toward it.
  • Send the right practice to the right agent. Assign a scenario to one person, a pod, or the whole desk.
  • Share a report as a link. Full transcript attached, saveable as a PDF, ready for a one-to-one.
Pricing

Seats and minutes. That’s the whole model.

Every plan has the whole product — voice, text, Live Assist, 28+ languages, unlimited scenarios, coaching reports. What changes is how many agents are on it and how much practice each one gets. Same plans as the rest of Kollup.

1

How many agents

One seat per person. Desk turnover is what it is — reassign a seat freely when someone leaves, because you’re paying for the chair, not the name on it.

2

How much practice

A monthly pool of minutes shared across the floor. An agent ramping up uses more; someone on the night shift uses less. Need more in a heavy hiring month? Email us and we add them to your invoice.

So let’s work out what your desk actually needs

Tell us how many agents you have, which markets they call and how often you want them practising, and we’ll tell you what it costs — including if Kollup isn’t the right fit for you yet.

Questions

What brokers ask on the demo

Is this only for conversion, or does it work for retention too?

Both, and they are different scenarios rather than different products. A conversion scenario is a fresh lead who stalls and wants to know what they’ll make. A retention scenario is an existing client who is down on the month and asking to withdraw. You write both, assign them to the right agents, and they’re scored on the same rubric so you can compare across the floor.

Which languages can our desk practise in?

28+, including Arabic, Russian, Turkish, Greek, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian, Ukrainian, Hindi and Chinese. The language is set per scenario, so the same floor can rehearse a Gulf Arabic conversion call and a Russian retention call side by side.

Accent matters as much as language on an FX desk, so the AI client’s voice is cast to the market — Gulf, Egyptian or Levantine Arabic rather than only Modern Standard. Tell us which books you run and we set the voices up with you. Reports can come back in one language for the whole company, so a team leader can score a call in a language they don’t speak.

Can it use our own product terms and objection handling?

Yes — that’s the company knowledge base. You put in what you offer, your spreads and swaps, withdrawal timelines, platform quirks and the approved answer to each objection your floor hears every week. Paste your website and Kollup drafts the first version for you to edit. Scenarios and Live Assist both draw on it, so the AI client argues about your product rather than a generic one.

How fast can a new joiner be call-ready?

They can run their first practice call the day their account is created. Most desks put a new agent through the same scenario several times, watch the score move, and let them onto live leads when objection handling stops collapsing under pressure — instead of when the induction week happens to end.

What about compliance?

Kollup is a training tool, not a compliance system, and it doesn’t replace whatever monitoring your compliance function already runs. What it does do is let an agent meet the awkward questions — “so what return will I get?” — in a room where a bad answer costs nothing, and the report shows you whether they held the line or promised something they shouldn’t have.

What happens to our call recordings?

Kollup doesn’t keep recordings. Audio is transcribed as it is spoken and discarded — we store only the text, inside your own company’s space, never visible to another customer. Every account is isolated at the database level, so one broker can never see another’s scenarios, calls or reports.

Do we have to install anything, or connect our dialler?

No. Kollup runs in the browser. An agent clicks a link, allows the microphone once, and they’re on a practice call. There’s no deployment, no IT ticket and nothing to connect to your phone system to get started.

Do you work with brokers outside Cyprus?

Yes. We’re based in Limassol, so a lot of the desks we talk to are a short drive away and we’ll happily come in person — but the product runs in the browser and onboarding happens on a call, so where your floor sits makes no difference. We work with brokers running Dubai, London and offshore desks the same way.

Bring us your worst call

Thirty minutes, no slide deck. Describe the client your desk keeps losing — the one who asks for guarantees, or the one who wants out — and we’ll build that scenario live and run the call on the spot. If it isn’t convincing, you’ll know inside five minutes.
