SaaS sales training that ramps new reps faster — before they touch your target accounts.
New SDRs and AEs usually learn objection handling on the pipeline you spent a quarter building. With Kollup, every rep cold calls, discovers and negotiates with an AI buyer who pushes back like your real ones — as often as they need — and gets a scored report their manager can coach from the same day.

Your reps practise on your pipeline.
A new rep gets the deck, a folder of call recordings and a sequence — then learns to handle “we already use a competitor” on real prospects from your ideal customer list. Managers don’t have time to roleplay with everyone every week, and peer roleplay turns into two SDRs reading the battlecard at each other. Most B2B sales training stops at knowing what to say. The gap is saying it under pressure, enough times that it’s automatic.
The whole SDR team practises at once, at their own desks, instead of taking turns in a Friday roleplay session while the manager plays the buyer.
Cold call, discovery, pricing, renewal. Each stage of your funnel gets its own buyers, its own objections and its own scoring emphasis.
New pricing, new packaging, new competitor in the deal. Update the scenario and the whole team practises the new pitch the same afternoon.
From the first cold call to the renewal.
Kollup isn’t just cold call practice. Build a buyer for every conversation your go-to-market team has, and assign it to the people who have that conversation.
Cold calls and booking the meeting
Openers, gatekeepers, getting past the first brush-off and asking for the meeting. The core of SDR training — and the part most reps only learn by being hung up on.
- “Just send me an email”
- “We already use a competitor”
- “Not a priority this quarter”
- “How did you get my number?”
Discovery, pricing and the close
Discovery calls that uncover the real problem and who signs off on it, demo follow-ups, pricing conversations and the security or procurement questions that stall a deal in its last week.
- “There’s no budget for this”
- “We could build it ourselves”
- “The other vendor is cheaper”
- “It has to go through IT”
Renewals, expansion and saves
The renewal where usage has dropped, the expansion call to a new department, and the customer whose CFO has been told to cut the tool stack by a third.
- “We’re not using it enough”
- “Finance wants to cut tools”
- “Your price went up”
- “Our champion left”
Practise on the buyers you actually sell to.
A generic “difficult prospect” teaches generic habits. Your reps need the CFO who runs close on spreadsheets, the IT lead who asks about SSO in minute two, and the champion who loves the product but can’t get budget.
- A scenario per persona and segment. Build the economic buyer, the technical evaluator and the end user, by industry and company size. Unlimited scenarios, so a new segment or a new market doesn’t mean a new licence.
- Your product and your competitors in the call. Describe what you sell, what it costs and who you lose to, and the buyer raises the objections your team really hears — including the one about the cheaper competitor.
- Score what that stage is for. The focus-areas field shifts the weighting per scenario. On a discovery call, tell it the rep must uncover the decision process and who owns the budget; on a cold call, that it should end with a meeting booked.
- Certify before they get live pipeline. Every attempt is scored on the same rubric, so you can see who’s ready to take real discovery calls and who needs another week on the cold call.

Good pain discovery — you got him to put a number on the four-day close. Then you went straight into features. Ask who else feels that pain and who signs off on the budget before you book the demo.
Three steps. That’s the whole product.

1
Build the buyer
Start from the deal you lost last month or the objection your team fumbles most. Set the persona, company, mood, objections, language and voice, then assign it to the SDR team, a new-hire cohort or one rep.
Manager or enablement · 5 minutes -

The rep runs the call
In the browser, between blocks or before a big call. A real voice picks up, stays in character, gets impatient and hangs up if the rep pitches over it — just like the prospect on the other end of today’s call list.

The report lands
Seconds later: an overall score, four sub-scores, what they did well and the one thing to change — quoting their own words. The manager walks into the one-to-one already knowing what to coach.

From founder-led sales to your first sales team.
Enterprise enablement platforms are priced for a hundred reps and a full-time enablement team. Most SaaS companies have a founder who still closes the big deals and two or three reps learning from them.
Put the founder’s pitch in every rep
Whoever sells best builds the scenarios the way they sell: the buyers they meet, the objections they’ve heard a hundred times and the answers that work. New reps practise against that before they take a single call the founder used to take.
- Your objections, your answers
- Practice on demand
- Voice or text
Hear your next SDR sell before you hire them
Give every shortlisted candidate the same cold call to the same sceptical buyer and compare them on one scorecard. When one of them joins, that call becomes their first practice scenario. How the sales role-play assessment works.
- Same call for every candidate
- Scored report in seconds
Opening DACH next quarter? Practise the cold call in German.
When a SaaS company expands into a new market, the first local-language reps often have nobody senior who speaks their language to practise with. Kollup runs practice calls, Live Assist and coaching reports in 28+ languages, with the buyer cast to that market — and every report can come back in English, so a head of sales in London can coach a rep selling in French, Dutch or Polish.

From your battlecard: their lower tier has SSO but no audit logs. Ask whether their security team needs an audit trail before you talk price.
And on the calls that count.
Practice builds the habit. Live Assist is there when it’s a real prospect — listening along and suggesting the next move while the conversation is still happening.
- Grounded in your own playbook — you build a knowledge base once: product and pricing, discount rules, competitor battlecards, security answers, and your best response to every objection the team hears weekly.
- Ask it mid-call — “is SSO on the Starter plan?” is answered on screen, silently, instead of “let me check with the team and come back to you”.
- A report afterwards too — objections raised, how the call ended, talk ratio, interruptions.
- Kollup keeps no recordings. Audio is transcribed as it happens and discarded — only text is stored, inside your own account.
Seats and minutes. That’s the whole model.
Every plan has the whole product — voice, text, Live Assist, 28+ languages, unlimited scenarios, coaching reports. What changes is how many reps are on it and how much practice each one gets. Same plans as the rest of Kollup.
How many reps
One seat per person. When an SDR moves on — or gets promoted to AE and you hire their replacement — reassign the seat that day. You pay for the chair, not the name on it.
How much practice
A monthly pool of minutes shared across the team. A new SDR cohort in onboarding burns through them; tenured AEs barely touch them. Hiring for a new market next quarter? Email us and we add minutes to that month’s invoice.
So let’s work out what your team actually needs
Tell us how many reps you have, how often you hire and which stages of the funnel you want them practising, and we’ll tell you what it costs — including if Kollup isn’t the right fit for you yet.

What SaaS sales teams ask on the demo
What should SaaS sales training cover?
The conversations your team has at each stage of the funnel: cold calls and booking meetings for SDRs; discovery, demos, pricing and negotiation for account executives; renewals, expansion and saves for customer success. Plus enough product and competitor knowledge to answer the questions buyers actually ask.
Most SaaS sales training covers what to say. What it usually lacks is repetition — enough practice calls that a rep has heard every common objection many times before a real buyer says it. That’s the part Kollup handles.
Can the AI buyer talk about our actual product and competitors?
Yes. Each scenario includes the product detail you give it — what you sell, how it’s priced, who you compete with and why deals are lost — so the buyer raises the objections your reps really hear. For live calls, the Live Assist knowledge base holds your battlecards, pricing rules and security answers.
Is it only cold call practice, or does it work for AEs too?
Both. SDR training is where most teams start, because cold calls are short, frequent and easy to score. But the same scenarios work for discovery calls, pricing and negotiation, procurement and security questions, renewals, expansion and churn saves. Assign each scenario to the people who have that conversation.
Can we practise against our qualification framework, like MEDDICC or BANT?
Use the scenario’s focus areas to spell out what the rep must uncover — the economic buyer, the decision process, the timeline, the budget — and the scoring leans on it. Every report scores discovery, objection handling, product knowledge and closing, with feedback that quotes the rep’s own words.
That makes discovery call training measurable: you can see whether a rep asked about the decision process on attempt one, and whether they’re still forgetting it on attempt five.
How is this different from call recording tools like Gong?
Conversation intelligence tools record and analyse real calls after they’ve happened, which is useful once a rep is live. Kollup is for the practice before that: a rep rehearses the call against an AI buyer, as many times as they need, before the real one. Live Assist then helps during real calls — and Kollup keeps no recordings, only text.
Do we need to connect HubSpot, Salesforce or our dialler?
No. Kollup runs in the browser and practice calls happen inside it — a rep clicks a link, allows the microphone once, and they’re on a call. Nothing to integrate and no IT ticket, which usually means you can trial it with one onboarding cohort without a procurement cycle.
We’re a small team. Is it worth it for three reps?
Kollup is built for small sales teams. Every plan has the whole product; you pay for the seats you use and a pool of minutes. For a team of three, it’s usually the difference between the founder roleplaying with each new hire every week and new hires practising on their own, with the founder reviewing the reports.
Which languages can reps practise in?
28+, including German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, the Nordic languages, Polish, Czech, Romanian, Greek, Turkish, Arabic and Japanese. The language is set per scenario, so a team selling into several European markets can practise each one, and reports can come back in one language for the manager.
What happens to our call data?
Kollup doesn’t keep recordings. Audio is transcribed as it’s spoken and discarded — we store only the text, inside your own company’s space, never visible to another customer. Every account is isolated at the database level. Our Data Processing Agreement is published for your security review.
Do you work with SaaS companies outside Cyprus?
Yes. We’re based in Limassol, but Kollup runs in the browser and onboarding happens on a call, so where your team sits makes no difference to how it’s set up.
Bring us the objection you keep losing deals on
Thirty minutes, no slide deck. Tell us who you sell to and the moment your reps lose control of the call — we’ll build that buyer live and run it on the spot. If it isn’t convincing, you’ll know inside five minutes.
